Exercising arerobically for 20 minutes or more at 60 - 80% of your maximum heart rate (220 - age), this method of training improves cardiovascular fitness

Interval Training
This includes periods of intense exercise followed by periods of rest

Circuit Training
This includes 6 - 10 different stations, they work at each station for a set period of time or for a set number of repetitions, the circuit is repeated 3 times
