Competence: The realationship between the skill, the selection and application of skillls, tactics and compostitional ideas and the readiness of body and mind to cope with physical activity.

Expalined: Know the skills and tactics for the sport and link the correct movements and have the correct level   of fitness/mental approach.

e.g: In hockey you need to learn to stop and hit the ball, aplly tactics such as zone defending and link movements such as dribbling and hitting the ball.
