  • Post modernist methodology
    • The methodology of post modernism has been criticised. Its emphasis that there is an absolute truth claim can be argued as an absolute truth - therefore is invalid.
      • Instead of rescuing society from an 'absolute truth' it adds another one
    • It would be difficult to interpret postmodernism as a positive to traditional religious belief and practice, as these have been conceived.
    • Religions with the most mystery identify with postmodernism as there is an openness about the faith.
