Myanmar is East of India, West of China. in South East Asia. The cyclone hit the West coast, specifically Irrawaddy.

International aid workers allowed in on 23rd May, Italian navy and air force provided 140 tonnes of tents, blankets and medicine, sent 50 personnel to set up 2 mini-hospitals, Thailand provided $100,000 USD in supplies
