mosses and flowers, grow in clusters to protect from severe winter winds.

animal population fluctuates= some migrate south for winter. lemmings, reindeer, snowy owls.

ecosystem covers 7% earths surface. biggest TR in south america, Brazil. rainy but hot all year. mean yearly temp= 26.9'C. av precip yearly= 2354mm. found south equator.

lianas, ferns, boad leaf evergreens. lots trees= responsible for majority of oxygen in air we breathe.
