explain how a netballer would warm up

there are 3 stages of warming up. firstly, a pulse raiser. this is to get your body prepared for the game and an increase in your heart rate. to do this an netballer would jog lightly. the next stage is mobility. this is complated by doing heel flicks and high knees. then a further pulse raiser which would be compleated by a sprint but at 80%. lastly a skill thats going to be used during a netball match for example, passing or a coathanger drill.
