  • Hormones are excreted by glands in the endocrine system and operate all over the body
  • Each hormone affects behaviour and causes physical change in the body, testosterone for example is an androgen meanind it develops/maintains male characteristics.
  • Whilst in the womb, exposure to testosterone has an effect on developing spatial awareness and competitive aggression
  • Immediately after birth, testosterone stimulates
