-Stress Relief - Helps to relieve stress and prevent stress related illness.
-Self-Esteem - Can improve your self-image, confidence and make you feel better about yourself.
-Enjoyment - Choosing to do exercise because you enjoy it. Find it relaxing or exciting.

-Friends - Make new friends, meet new people or meet current friends during physical activity. (People from different backgrounds, ages and gender.)
-Co-Operation/Teamwork - Develop new skills like teamwork and co-operation. Developing these skills will teach you how to work with other people.
