      • Range of experiences, often game based
      • Allows player to execute skills in a game environment
      • Example: lay up in basketball
    • Distributed
      • Session is split into sections
      • Lots of rest breaks
      • Used with gross, serial and continuous skills
      • Example: rugby tackling
