- 4000 new jobs were made

- the new jobs were poorly paid
- a small amount of money went towards social and envonmental aspects

- Houses are very expensive
- The area is dependant on entertainment
- if people's income fell, entertainment would be the first thing they would cut
- the Milenium square doesn't improve congestion
- It also lacks features
