What is Fatigue?
A feeling of extreme tiredness either mentally or physically which is caused by exercise

Effects of Fatigue
Temporary Loss of strength and skill, Body parts may not function properly, concentration levels decrease, skill/speed/strength levels decrease, you will be forced to stop.

What can managers do when fatigue takes place?
Substitution, Call time, re-arrange playing formations.

The bodies reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional change.
