If the system is too complex it may be an issue in terms of usability. Systems need to be simple for all users to use.

If this is not established then shortcuts may be made or issues may be overlooked resulting in a unreliable system.

This could result in a system which does not perform the right task or is not tailored to the client’s needs specifically enough.

This could resulting designing a system that is not suitable for the client
