If a performer has anxiety or nervousness this can add to their stress levels bcos if you become over anxious you are likely to mkae mistakes, if you become very nervous it will make you feel very agitated and tense which can lead to shaking

a stress fracture is a break in the bone caused by repeated application of constant pounding on a surface

it will affect a performance becuase better funding means better facilties and equiptment and possibly even hiring a personal trainer

it is important to use the correct technique bcos using the wrong technique can result in injuries from both player and opponent.

this is when you are taking part in a physical activity and there is a strain put on the body owing to stretching or twisting

equiptment could damage a players performance such as too tight trainers giving blisters or studs being too sharp and hurting opponents

A risk assesment should be carried out, warm up and cool down after and before, all rules and codes of conduct should be followed.

what does rice mean, explain each part to it?
Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Rest - stop straight away ro rest injury, Ice - apply ice to take down swelling and eliminate pain, Compression- put a bandage or tape to give support to injured area, Elevation- raise injured area drain away fluid

rapid cooling of the body when temperature drops very quickly
