  • Amount of information provided must be decided carefully, too much will detract understanding, too little and no understanding can be achieved. (5, 2, 6)
  • Data changes as time passes, information provided may become out of date. (3)
  • Data must be shown in a sensible way or information may become hard to interpret. (12)
  • If the data is not this, it could be come worthless. (12)
  • The data must be useful for the job undertaken, its a waste of space if it is now and can slow down processes. (9)
  • The data needs to be this, such as a name being spelt correct, or a figure having an appropate number of decimal places. (8)
