The stork stand- Stand on both feet with hands on hips, lift one leg,place toes on opposite knee.Raise your heel, stand on your toes, balancing as long as possible don't let either the heel touch floor or foot move from knee, time your balancing.

The ruler drop- peer holds ruler so top of athletes thumbs level with the 0cm line on ruler, peer instructs athlete to catch ruler when released. Athlete cathes ruler quickly, peer records the distance between bottom of ruler and top of athletes thum

Speed.
30m sprint- Start in your own time and sprint as fast as you can over 30m, assistantstarts stopwatch on athletes first foot strike and stop the time when their torso crosses the finishing line.
