What is the definition of multiple identities?
Can describe multiple ethnicites or multiple roles in a society. A person may have two sets of traditions or have a sense of belonging to two or more places.

What is community cohesion?
When different groups that make up a community are encouraged to work together to improve the community and make it pleasant and supportive for everyone who lives in it.

Protects individuals from being treated differently because of certain characteristics.

What are trade unions?
Organisation of workers who work together to achieve a common goal.

What can trade unions do?
Put pressure on employers through letters. Take legal action. Put pressure on politicians.Negotiate on behalf of workers.
