the process is called forging, and we use a hammer, tongs and an anvil

CAD - computer aided design, CAM - computer aided manufacture, and the CNC lathe (computer numerically controlled)

clean with emery cloth, and we used flux - which keeps it clean and helps the brazing rod to follow

what temp was it when we were brazing?
800 degrees

what was the heat treatment for?
it made it stronger and less brittle - HARDENING and TEMPERING

what do we do after brazing?
we QUENCH in water and clean it with emery cloth

what do we do to the handle for the finish?
we do plastic dip coating in the FLUIDISING BATH, and before that so that the plastic sticks to the handle, we put it in an oven at 270 degrees
