Risk Assessment

Any risk in the workplace must be controlled. A risk assessment is something that an employer is required to do by law, and should be recorded in any establishment where there are 5 or more employees.

Not all risks can be removed, but the employer should still take all reasonable measures to identify potential hazards within the workplace.
