Components of fitness

There are five components of fitness Strength, Speed, Power, Cardiovascular Endurance and Flexibility.

Strength

this is the ability to bear weights but there is also types of strength so Dynamic strength this is the ability to support their own bodyweight over a prolonged period of time, Explosive strength this is when you use one short burst of movement and static strength is the most amount of force applied to an immovable object. you can test your strength by using the hand grip dynamometer.
