What sort of office?
Needs to be well lit for accurate observation;
Needs a sitting area and telephone communication to the waiting room.
Where?
Can be anywhere, but consider the following:
- Ease of accessibility; ensures that customers will keep to their appointments. Easier to set up appointments, times, dates etc.
- Proximity to client sites; workplace can do most of the marketing depending on situation e.g. a hospital, or passersby in a marketplace.
- Suitability of surroundings; consider noise levels and avoid creating needless stress and anxiety for your patients.
