Making of yoghurt

Yoghurt is basically fermented milk. Here's how it's made:

1. Milk is pasteurised (heated up to 72 C for 15 seconds), killing any bacteria already present.

2. Milk is then stirred thoroughly to mix up its ingredients, milk protein is added.
