• Recieved 2 months worth of rainfall (200mm) within a 4 hour time period.
• Is at the confluence of the Jordan and Valency.
• Emergency Services where called out e.g. helicopters.
• 3 homes and a shop were destroyed & about 80 properties suffered varying degrees of damage.
• Risk of contamination and insurance increased.
