BREAD.    

INGREDIENTS- 

Fat- Extends shelf life and increases moisture

Salt- Develops Flavour and helps control action of yeast

Yeast- helps the bread to rise

STRONG plain flour- high gluten content

sugar- aids fermentation of yeast and adding a lot makes an enriched dough which is suitable for hot cross buns. 

water- MUST BE around 23- 25 degrees…
