Gantt Charts

A Gantt chart is a type of project planning tool and is developed by the project manager. It is a type of diagram that shows tasks as blocks of time. The blocks are labelled with a title and/or a description of the task that they are representing. It shows how long each task is expected to take and what order the tasks need to be done.
