Homeostasis is how the body keeps conditions insisde it the same. Scientist describe it as the maintence of a constant  internal envioment

• Hypothermia is when the temperature control is when the process of keeping the body at a constant temperature of 37°C. Hypothermia occurs when the core body temperture falls below 35°C

Negative Feedback ensures that, in any control system, Changes are reversed and returned back to the set level.

 If we are too hot or cold , the processing centere sends nerve inpules to the skin ,which has two ways to either increase or decrease heat  loss
