The best way of revising history is the following:
-Chronology - Set everything out in order
-Content - Look at the details of each event (causes and consequences)
-Practice - Do practice papers
I hope this resource can start you off on the first step!
It is brilliant to be able to fill your exam with dates and they're much easier to remember that you will believe, so just persevere, it won't take too long.
Start early if you can, and prioritise the events that demonstrate how the different factors (War, individuals, government, communication etc) have impacted upon medicine.
