Advantages

  • Not expensive as require little or no equipment
  • Quick and easy to set up
  • Can be adjusted to be made specific for certain sports
  • Improves muscular endurance

Disadvantages

  • Requires the athlete to be motivated and have drive to complete the set amounts of repetition and sets

Evaluation

A series of exercises complete one after another, each exercise is called a station. Each station should work a different area of the body. Circuits can be made from skills from you specific sport of choise
