      • cold muscles more prone to injury
    • WARM DOWN
      • light exercise to help for recovery and release any lactic acid and waste materials so that muscles arent sore
    • SKILL PHASE
      • if training for team avtivity where you do it with team
      • individual skills for paticular activity
    • FITNESS PHASE
      • concentrate on aspect specific for your type of sport
