- light exercise to help for recovery and release any lactic acid and waste materials so that muscles arent sore
- SKILL PHASE
- if training for team avtivity where you do it with team
- individual skills for paticular activity
- FITNESS PHASE
- concentrate on aspect specific for your type of sport
