      • NORMS: SOCIAL EXPECTATIONS THAT GUIDE BEHAVIOUR- CAN VARY FRIM CULTURES.
      • MORAL CODE: GOOD WAYS OF BEHAVING, BREAKING THESE WOULD BE CONSIDERED VERY ERIOUS.
      • INFORMAL SANCTIONS: NAME CALLING, DISSAPROVAL, IGNORING, LABELLING AND GROUNDING.
