Positive things that make you want to move into an area

Land that has not been built on before, but is now being considered for development.

Areas that have been used for previous development. It may now be derelict eg. old industrial factories.

An area of open land which is protected from development.

Alice Cities
Cities built underground, divided into office space, town space and infrastructure.

Ecological Footprint
The waste that comes out from the city and the consumption of resources.

Sustainable Settlement
Must meet the needs of the present and future inhabitants and have a minimal ecological footprint.

Compact Communities
A compact community is an attempt to reduce the environmental impact of out living spaces. It is a community that makes the best use of space.
