Central Nervous System (CNS)
Comprised of the brain & spinal cord. Receives sensory info from the nervous system & controls the body's response.

Chemicals that are released into the bloddstream, causing the (particular) body function to change - *Like neurotransmitters the carry/pass messages but very slowly as they use the bllodstream as a transport medium
