Combines with oxygen to make oxyhaemoglobin 6 of 11 Oxyhaemoglobin Created when haemoglobin combines with oxygen. Carries oxygen where it needs to go. Returns to haemoglobin when oxygen is released. 7 of 11 Hormones Controls certain cells and organs in the body.
