Parkinsons disease- cause
Loss of neurons from structures of the brain that control movement may cause a degenerate disease such as Parkinsons.

Parkinsons disease
Affects neurons in the substantia nigra (are of brain). As neurons die the production of dopamine decreases. Dopamine sends messgages to the part of the brain that controls movement and coordination.

Parkinsons disease- physical effects
- tremor ( uncontrollable shaking), begining in the hand and arm. - Mobility; slowness of movement and muscle stffness.

- Depression, anxiety, impairement of thinking and problem soving.
