Form of the Tree
The trees we see in everyday life are always changing. However in the world of the Forms the concept of a tree will always stay the same.

Form of a Circle
When you think of a circle people think of objects like: plates, wheels clocks etc. these are all seen as circular but in fact there will always be some little irregularity. Our mental concept of the 'Form of a Circle' will be a PERFECT CIRCLE.

The Form of the Good
The form of the Good illuminates all other forms and gives them their value. Justice, Wisdom and Courage are all aspects of goodness

Demiurge
This was the God plato believed in, he thought the Demiurge fashioned the world out of material which was originally a mess but he turned it perfect.
