when you ask about what style, the style of this song is in English Ballett but not renaissance. As for renaissnce, you should ask what period it is but the style. Also when you ask "what is sing we at pleasure" what do you mean by what it is? ask specifically, i.e. what genre is sing we at pleasure? - eng madrigal. etc etc.
