Static strength - the maximum amount of force u can exert on to an object the cannot be moved. Dynamic strength - strength displayed during movement. Explosive strength - strength used in sharp, quick movements

The ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions without fatigue over a period of time

The ability to delay the onset of fatigue
