As humans have flourished through different centuries , they have always been trying to learn about their surrounding environment ,meanwhile there have always been some people who had devoted their livesto guide ,and lead those people to the real sources of knowledge ,and taught them in order.So teaching in the field of education could be put forth with the same breath , andis no exception .Teaching ,therefore , aims atits intended out comes in which students take courses of study as knowledge seekers to see the results of their effort ,and gain the knowledge they planned for . But teachers may not always obtain the so-called outcomes ,and transmit the information to the knowledge seekers successfully due to lacking the real intuition needed for a successful teaching process or they may misunderstand the concept of teaching which should not be implemented merely without pondering on the process and evaluating what they do ; but it should rather be implemented reflectively with thinking about what teacher do during their teaching to maintain the aimed goals ,as Bartlet(1990) defines the concept of teaching and states that it ” refers to an activity or process in which an experience is recalled, considered, and evaluated, usually in relation to a broader purpose. It is a response to past experience and involves conscious recall and examination of the experience as a basis for evaluation and decision-making and as a source for planning and action’’.

This study is about "Reflection teaching in the class" which isremembering, thinking about, and evaluating a teaching experience in order making decision about the future plans and action, that prompts the teacher to understand what have to be taught for learners in class size, student's language level, text book,curriculum, to acclimate in setting asbartlet (1990) states that ”, refers to an activity or process in which an experience is recalled, considered, and evaluated, usually in relation to a broader purpose. It is a response to past experience and involves conscious recall and examination of the experience as a basis for evaluation and decision-making and as a source for planning and action.’’ Which means problems are resolved based on previous barriers.

Our aim on this research is covering reflection teaching thathow to pre-services and in-services want to overcome for having unpredictable trouble in the field of teaching in class, meanwhile for the sake of adopting a more effective method, throughout the different kind of techniques based on learner’s level, thereby emphasize on reflection precisely give us a deeper understanding of the teaching process due to teacher’s experience is not enough for growing to be a reflector and also to make a wide boarder in treating within the setting so as to have to have a great picture of engaging the process reflection, thus having a proficiency thinking that how the reflection teaching happens as well as what are the strategies impact on it? What are those stages that the teacher have to pass by them in or der to become a reflect teacher.

The conducting of this research is quite clear, it is very important for teachers in having a clear idea for facing any sudden circumstance, after knowing the matters then how to make a decision so as to establish a very suitable way of teaching and manage the whole class easily. In the coming section we will try to clarify reflection teaching and what’s the different ideas among the authors then we are going to try which one is more correspondent.
