Henry made an army of ex-Richard III supporters and they met the Earl of Lincoln's army near Newark, but he feared Richard's fate might happen to him. They stayed strong and Lincoln was killed

He arrived in England in 1495 and quickly retreated to Scotland to join the court of James IV

How did Perkin Warbeck's downfall happen?
A small Scottish army invaded England in 1496, but retreated and Warbeck's plans ended when James IV agreed to marry Henry's daughter Margaret. He later tried to exploit the Cornish Rebellion, but was captured and executed in 1499

Edmund, Earl of Suffolk, and Richard, both younger brothers of the Earl of Lincoln fled to Flanders in 1498 and took refuge under Maximilian and Margaret of Burgundy

The Treaty of Windsor (1506)
Improved friendly relations with England and Maximilian agreed to give up Suffolk, who was imprisoned in The Tower. Henry took no further action, but he was executed in 1513 for treason. Richard died in 1525 fighting for the French at the Battle of Pavia
