Digital Signal

• Can only have two values which is either on or off
• Series of pulses often represented as 1 or 0
• Any interference affecting the signal can easily be removed (1 or 0)
• This gives excellent picture or sound quality
• Many digital signals can be sent at once called multiplexing
• Therefore more information can be sent at once, and more channels
