Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)

  • Discuss with clients about their skin, discuss products and allergies
  • Correct labels on all of the chemicals
  • Lids kept on bottles - prevents spillages and oxidising

  • Using the products correctly
  • Patch tests
  • Good ventilation
  • Wearing the correct PPE
  • Know how chemicals and products are stored / disposed of (e.g. COSHH bin or sharps box)
