Coca Cola Case Study

Coca-Cola is a Multinational company, known throughout the world. Coca-Cola is a carbonated soft drink sold in stores, restaurants, and vending machines of more than 200 countries. Their headquarters is situated in Atlanta Georgia, USA.  The soft drink was first sold to public in Jacob’s Pharmacy in Atlanta on May 8, 1886. At present, Coca-Cola sells nearly 400 different products worldwide. Today it has a marketing budget of roughly two billion dollars annually. Coca-Cola opened a new $90 million research and development centre in Shanghai in March 2009.  Coca-Cola is one of the world’s major sponsors in sports such as the FIFA World Cup and The Winter Olympics.
