ACT

• Must be voluntary 
• Hill v Baxter (judge set out examples)
  • Driver is stung by a swarm of bees
  • Driver is struck on the head with a stone
  • Driven has a heart attack
• May also include issues where someone is hit after another suffers a muscle spasm
