Point: There are many implications of gender bias

Evidence: For exampe, research creates misleading assumptions and negative steroptypes about female behaviour.

Explain:This is a problem because it may provide scientific justification to deny women opportunites within the workplace e.g. Research on PMS medicalises women's emotions but see's male anger as a ration response to stress. 

Link: This therefore, creates gender bias and discrimination in the workplace which affects lives & prospects of real women. Refering to the statistics that women are twice more likely to develop depression.
