• Britain has the welfare system where everyone is entitled to facilities
• Everyone is taxed be they rich or poor
• Multiculteral differences are celebrated  by the Mayor of London eg Eid in the square, St Patrick's day
• Laws have been set to protect everyone such as the race relation act which has been put forward in 1976
• In 2001 this race relation act had been ammended to include islamaphobia as a form of racism
• Equal pay act- 1970
• Sexism removed - 1975
• Disability- 1995

• Maternity and Paternity leave has been made equal
