Salvation by Christ

• Salvation is God's Grace
• We are saved by Jesus' sacrifice
• We are all offered salvation from all our sins
• It is our choice to accept salvation

• We are forgiven for our sins by just having faith - Protestant
• We have to achieve salvation by good works, faith, baptism - Catholic

Romans 10:9-10

10:9 - "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord", and believe in that your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10:10 - For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

Salvation - through Life Explanation

1. God is perfect

2. Humans are imperfect and are born sinners

3. Jesus is the bridge from human sin to Godly perfection

4. If you choose to accept salvation, it is like crossing the bridge
