Time taken to respond to the stimulus is called reaction time
Sit down at with your arm outstretched and get a partner to hold a ruler above your hand
0cm on the ruler should be facing downwards and get your partner to drop it
You should catch the ruler and record what cm the top of your thumb was and what attempt it was in a table
Variables: music playing in the background, caffeine and practice
Reaction time should decrease with practice
