During this stage a product specification is written, this contains the most vital aspects of the design specification with greater clarity. For instance; the product will be a savoury snack.
Prototype production
Product testing - Expert sensory testers within the food manufacutring company will conduct sensory testing to refine the food product further if necessary.
Once the development work is completed, a manufacturing pecification is written.
