The communication process
Sender- the individual, group or organiastion wanting to communicate
Message- the use of text, images and sounds to convey ideas and information
Method- the format of the communication, whether verbal or written, formal or informal
Medium- the flatform used to deliver the message, such as post, e-mail, internet or intranet
Receiver- the individual, group or organisation the message is intended for. The receiver interprets the message and attempts to understand its meaning.
Feedback- the receiver response to the message
Noise- anything that gets in the way of the reciever understand the senders true message
