Sociology Revision Interactionism:
Social actions theorists do not believe that ­ society is the results of
people learning norms and values
They see society being the result of ­ people interpreting what is going
on around them and making choices about how to interact with other
people

Micro Theory
Claimed that structural theories did not gain in-depth knowledge about
the individual, Weber said this was necessary he called this versthen
George Herbert Mead ­ Symbolic Interactionism ­ we consider a
development of self, the way other people interact with us and the
way we choose to respond creates our social identity.
