Whether Primary data is better then secondary data?

There are many advantages and disadvantages to this question. However, it is evident that the question is false as primary data is unreliable and can be biased which is fixed on selected people. On the other hand, Many people believe that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages due to the fact that it is first person and more likely to be more reliable than secondary data as that data can be changed.
